I’m just going to make this short and simple because he’s too detached and zoned out to require complicated stuff. Nowadays Leiv is really mild and friendly, so I can see him getting along with lots of people. He is not very extroverted though, so he’d probably have to be the one being approached. This goes for all types of relationships. However, he likes to travel the world and observe the different types of music and dishes, so it’s possible he knows a lot of nations outside of the ones nearby. As a friend he’s nice and supportive, but ultimately he’s always a bit detached. The same goes for when he’s in romantic things. Largely, he’s not that fussed over romantic relationships. If someone asks him out he’s usually like “well, if you want, I guess” but never really commits or seems that invested. So, usually, people get fed up and leave him pretty quickly. If you ask him about it he’ll just say that he used to be really wild in his youth, and he hasn’t really been able to get that spark back, and that it’s easier to just accept and go along with it. Humans die pretty quickly, after all. As for enemies – he will be yours if you try to take his freedom or even insinuate that you will. Deep down inside he’s a cold (Viking) bastard, and he’s pretty much decided that he would rather crumble than be under someone’s rule again. Also, on a non-national level, he’s very evasive and those who find that annoying would doubtlessly think he’s irritating.

Ingvar & Leiv

These two nations have a very violent past. Sweden has forced Norway into unions, tried ripping him apart, and burned his land on numerous occasions. Norway is also one of the main causes of Sweden's downfall and loss of Finland. This is probably why he took out most of his post-loss insanity on him.

Now, Sweden feels pretty damn bad for what he did, and will go out of his way to grovel and ask for forgiveness. He pretends they are close neighbors, because maybe if he believes they're happy with one another strongly enough, they really will be.
